Most jobs will not require a full pre-project payment and we will simply send you the bill after you have seen the previews. All jobs will however be subject to a booking fee/deposit which covers a percentage of the overall price. All pricing and payment methods will be discussed on an individual basis to make sure we have the right plan for everyone.
All products available from our online shops are simply upfront payments. If you need a refund for any product you must e-mail refunds@outsphotography.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item and be prepared to send it back.
Payments for projects can be made via paypal to pay@outsphotography.co.uk or via cheque (min.£5).
The order will in most cases take between 5-7 working days though it may be sooner. We will inform you when your item has been dispatched. All postage will be sent via the Royal Mail. During busy periods (Christmas etc) items may take up to 14 day once in the hands of the suppliers.
If the address you would like your item sending to differs from the paypal address, please state so in the paypal comments section. Changes to the address can only be made via the person making the payment.
